Natural Gas Multisaver Plan Special Terms

The supply of natural gas under this Natural Gas Multisaver Plan (“Plan”) is in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions for Residential Energy Customers (“General Terms”), our Privacy Policy and the following special terms (“Special Terms”). If there is any conflict between our General Terms and the Special Terms of this Plan, the Special Terms will apply.

  1. On this Plan, you will receive discounted natural gas pricing when you have another eligible service (being electricity, broadband or mobile) supplied by us at the same address and on the same account. However, if you end the supply of these other services, (so we only supply you with natural gas), your plan and pricing will automatically be changed to our Natural Gas Plan (or the closest equivalent plan available at the time). The pricing for this Plan is available on request.
  2. Your pricing on this Plan is not fixed and is subject to change from time to time. We will notify you if your pricing changes (unless you end the supply of your other services as detailed in clause 1).
  3. We may also adjust your pricing if, for any reason, the information we have relied on to set your pricing is incorrect and/or requires amendment (e.g., if your metering set-up or capacity and/or your pricing category is incorrect or changes).
  4. This Plan cannot be transferred to a different property and will end if you move.
  5. This Plan is only available in selected regions. It does not apply to or include business or industrial natural gas sites.
  6. There is no prompt payment discount available on this Plan. A late payment fee of $25 may apply if you don’t pay your bill on time.
  7. Standard acceptance and credit criteria apply. Our standard fees and additional service charges (published on our website) also apply.
  8. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Plan, at any time, without notice.
