E-bill
Go paperless, and get your bills delivered by email. Email billing is free, convenient, and environmentally friendly.
Request E-bills here or set it up in the Nova Hub by going into the Made Easy screen.
Nova Hub
You can view your current bill anytime in the Nova Hub. Click on the Download Bill link on the Home screen.
You can also set up billing to Direct Debit on the Nova Hub, it's a hassle-free way to pay your account.

If you prefer to receive your bills by post, no worries. There's a $2.00 (incl GST) fee for each paper bill sent to you.
