- Pay by using the Nova Hub: View and pay your bill anytime in the Nova Hub using your credit/debit card, or by making online banking payments. You can also set up to pay by Direct Debit authority.
- Pay by Direct Debit: This is a hassle-free way to pay your account, plus you'll never miss a payment or be charged any penalty fees. You can set up a direct debit now here, or using the Nova Hub.
- Pay by internet and phone banking: Phone and Internet banking lets you pay your bill anytime, from just anywhere. Our bank account number is 06-0193-0245097-05. Please use your customer number in the reference field.
- Pay over the phone: Call us on 0800 668 236 to pay by credit or debit card, or to set up a direct debit.
- Pay in person: You may pay over the counter at NZ Post or ANZ Bank branch. (A payment administration fee may apply to this payment which will appear on your next invoice).
